Is it safe to order products online using my credit card?
Yes it is safe. Your credit card details are protected by secure encryption when it is sent over the internet.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The Leukaemia Shop accepts Visa and Mastercard. Payment can also be made by direct deposit/bank transfer into our bank account. Please be aware that we will not accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
I dont have a credit card how can I pay?/ How do I do a bank transfer?
Place your order via the shopping cart as normal. On the payment page rather than ticking credit card, tick the bank transfer option. Once this option is chosen you will see listed in this box beside the bank account details. You can then either deposit via internet banking or alternatively visit a bank branch to deposit the payment. please use either the invoice number or your name as reference so that we can match up with your order. If possible email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise that you have made payment. Once payment has been received in the Leukaemia shop account we will despatch the goods to you. Please note if payment has not been received within 7 days the order will be cancelled so that stock can be put back into inventory.
How much will the freight cost?
You have a choice at time of ordering of using either Australia Post Standard Service or Australia Post Express post service.
For items sent within Australia via Australia Post Standard Service (2-7 working days from lodgement with Australia post):
- Order value $5.00 or less: $3.00 (This is letter rate so not trackable).
- Order value $5.01 or more: $8.50
- Order value $100.00+ : Free
For items sent within Australia via Australia Post Express Post Service (next working day from date of lodgement with Australia Post between places in the Express post network):
- Order value $3.00 or more: $11.59
- Order value $100.00+ : Free
Please be aware that postage charges for orders to be sent outside Australia are subject to confirmation at the time the order is placed.
How long will my order take?
For Australia Post Standard Service generally delivery is between 3-7 Working days from time of lodgement with Australia Post. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order. Delivery times depend on where you live. (If you live in WA we recommend you allow at least 7 working days)
Australia post advise that there are currently postal delays due to Covid-19 throught Australia. Victoria postcodes in particular are impacted and we are advised to allow at least an extra 3 working days on top of usual delivery times.
For Australia Post Express Post service parcels are delivered next Business day from time of lodgement at Australia Post between places in the Express post network. This generally includes most Central areas of Australian Capital Cities. If not within the network please allow up to 5 working days. Please check the Australia post website or contact the Leukaemia shop if you are not sure if your postcode is within the network. email@example.com Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order before being lodged.
There are currently postal delays due to Covid-19. Express post delivery can take 5 working days or more in some cases depending on the postcode. Victoria postcodes in particular are impacted.
Please be aware that delivery to some remote regional areas may take a little longer as items are dispatched from Queensland.
Where do I find the Sizing for Shirts?
Once you have clicked on the clothing item you require there is a t sizing chart located at the bottom of the description box. This will give the half chest measurements for the style of Shirt you have chosen. This measurement is taken under the armpit from the left side seam to the right side seam on the front of the garment. (when the garment is laid out flat) Please check sizing first before ordering shirts as we do not accept returns if you change your mind.
What if the item is faulty & I need to return the goods?

Please include a note explaining why you are returning the item. Please include your phone number so we can contact you if needed to discuss. Once we receive the goods we will send out a replacement item. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage, however we will mail your replacement free of charge. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise you are returning an item.
Can I exchange my items?
We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods.We do not accept returns if you change your mind. (no refunds given for wrong size or colour chosen) Reference: Australian Consumer Law.

Unfortunately we only accept payments from Australian banks and Australian bank credit cards.
